i loved the availability of the pool and gym facilities the staff were helpful and courteous always ready to assist with any questions or requests i had the location was convenient for accessing local amenities and transport links i found the breakfast selection satisfying offering a variety of options.
i noticed that some areas in the hallways could benefit from minor cosmetic updates such as fresh paint.

The expansive fitness facilities included every possible workout equipment, a map exists for them. Staff are friendly. From the reception to the gym, everyone was helpful. Check-in was efficient and the room was very clean. Breakfast had decent quality and it was plentiful.
The fire exit lighting IN the room was too bright, it kept me awake slightly.

Fantastic Stay near the Metro

I found the on-site parking very convenient. The leisure facilities were great. I enjoyed the vegan breakfast. It offered a great variety. The staff were friendly, always ready to help. The location was very close to the east didsbury metro link station. My room was clean and very well equipped with a comfortable bed. I also enjoyed the codfish in the restaurant.
The small double room, while cozy, felt a little smaller than expected for two adults. It was only for sleeping overnight.

Staff members were happy and cute. The manager, kyle, and duty manager, helen, were particularly attentive, and they went out of their way to assist me.

The swimming pool is a good size. kids can enjoy floats during specified hours. The hotel offers a gym, spa with sauna, steam rooms and hot tubs. I found the hydrotherapy pool downstairs very relaxing.

i found the on-site gym had many machines. i used three treadmills . i saw boxing bags! it had a great parking area too. breakfast offered variety. though limited, i enjoyed what i had.
The room was quite small! though clean it felt a little cramped. That was unfortunate.
